Silence, Simplicity, and Solitude

For those seeking to live a saner, more authentic life, Janis
Daddona, M.A. will present Silence, Simplicity, and
Solitude
.  This program will be held Tuesdays October 22, 29, and November 5 from 10am to noon at the Shoreline Unitarian Universalist Society.  Participants will engage in a facilitated conversation and complete simple assignments to tap into the benefits of reducing distractions, making conscious choices, and using time alone to reconnect with themselves.  The cost is $60.  Seating is limited.  Call 203-922-1301 for more information.
