Shoreline Branch AAUW (American Association of University Women)
will host Melissa Hillebrenner, Director of "Girl Up," UN Foundation, Washington, DC  and Teresa Younger, Executive Director, Permanent Commission on the Status of Women, CT.  Also Joseph Baxer, President, UN Assn, CT and State Representative Noreen Kokoruda will participate.
The UN "Girl Up" campaign is to direct adolescent girls in the US and around the world to connect with one another, become aware of the unbelievable struggles of many girls and to work for gender equality.
