Suzanne Novak, Neighbor

Ms Novak brings over 27 years of experience working with and consulting to organizations seeking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their business operations.  Ms. Novak has served a broad range of clients from non-profits, small business, large business and all levels of government.  Her services in recent years have focused on organizations that need to implement and/or improve capacity and capabilities of current operations (physical plant, personnel, technology, business processes) specifically dealing with planning, designing, executing and assessing business continuity and emergency response/management operations before, during and after a critical incident (man-made and/or natural disaster). 

Ms. Novak joined ERUdyne in February 2001 as Executive Vice President. In October 2009, Ms. Novak became President of ERUdyne LLC.  She provides her business expertise to clients dealing with homeland security, business continuity, risk mitigation, and emergency response/recovery planning issues. In September 2005, Ms. Novak was appointed as a Disaster Assistance Employee (Reservist) for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). 

Ms. Novak has extensive real-world emergency management and disaster response/recovery experience that she applies when working with clients to develop, plan, train and exercise their business continuity and resiliency plans.
