I have lived in Madison for over 30 years and spent the entire time dedicated to public service.  She was sworn into office as State Representative of the 101<sup>st</sup> district (Madison, Guilford) on Feb 25, 2011 after winning a Special Election.  Noreen is serving on the General Assembly’s Committees on Education, Energy and Technology, and Planning and Development.

I have had the pleasure of serving the district in many ways, including 14 years on the Madison Board of Selectmen and as the Executive Director of the Shoreline Foundation.
