Stop & Shop is a full service grocery store located just around the corner from the Madison retail and restaurant…More district. It offers everything from fresh food to seasonal items. It also has a flower and gift shop. A health food section is just to the left of the produce aisles. If you don't have time to cook, a take out section is adjacent to the health food section.
If you're headed to the beach, or if you're stocking up before a big storm, don't forget the aisle with the magazines and bestsellers. A few classics, including a few by Charles Dickens, can sometimes be found there as well.
And don't forget the bakery. With enough notice, they'll even make one of those cakes with the pictures on it. Looks too good to eat, but go ahead, you'll be glad you did.
This pharmacy, located behind the Madison town square, resides inside of a Stop & Shop grocery store. This pharmacy offers over-the-counter medicines, medical supplies and prescription medications. Opposite the pharmacy counter, beauty supplies, medical supplies and hygiene products are for sale.
