Camp Laurelwood
Camp Laurelwood has been a non-profit day and overnight camp for children (ranging in ages from kindergarten to 15) since 1937. Hidden away in a residential area off of Summer Hill Road in Madison, once inside the grounds, it feels as if you are deep in the woods. Camp counselors have an average of 5 years training to offer campers a "safe camping experience for kids of all ages." There is a nurse on-site during the camping season to tend to the 300 or so kids that have access to a ball field, a swimming pool and tennis courts.
