Community Update

William Pitt Sotheby's in Madison was absolutely horrible to deal with. I even found the owner of the company to be incompetent and extremely nasty. He is an Accountant and does not appear to have the ability to run the sales aspect of the company effectively. This incompetence filtered down to the office manager who reported to him as well as the specific listing agent in charge of selling the home.

They protect each other and do not place the customer's rights first.

Never list you're house with William Pitt. I recommend interviewing Prudential, Remax, or Coldwell Banker instead.

In my opinion, making a quick commission is more important than the rights of the homeowner at William Pitt.

Shame on William Pitt Sotheby's of Madison!!!!!
