Video Report: Madison Author Documents Military Artwork In Kuwait And Iraq

Book's Profits Dedicated To Bringing Musical Instruments To Wounded Vets

George Hauer, co-founder of Operation: Music Aid, has published a book entitled "The T-Walls of Kuwait and Iraq" documenting the artwork of Americans serving in and near combat zones in Iraq and Kuwait.  T-wall is a military term, short for Texas Wall, that is a larger version of a "jersey barrier" designed to protect soldiers from incoming bullets and artillery.

Hauer has dedicated all profits from the book to benefit Operation: Music Aid, a Madison based charity that purchases musical instruments for wounded American men and women veterans of the Iraq campaign.
