Patch Tips: Picking A Beer To Go With Grilled Seafood

We're thinking about grilling some seafood this weekend, so we headed over to Madison Wine Shop during the weekly beer tasting session to get some recommendations on some great beers to go with that. After all this heat this week, we figured a nice cold beer would be the perfect way to end the week.

Madison Wine Shop owner John Algieri had several recommendations for us, including several Indian Pale Ales and Belgian Pale Ales. Here is what he picked off of his shelf:

  • Lagunitas IPA Maximus Ale
  • Whale's Tale Pale Ale
  • Heavy Seas Pale Ale
  • Hoptimum Sierra Nevada
  • Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA
  • Duval Belgian Golden Ale
  • Allagash White Beer Brewed With Spices
  • Ommegang Wheat Ale
