Intro to Power Vinyasa Yoga (Heated)
INTRO TO POWER VINYASA: Suitable for all levels, especially beginners. Taught in a room heated to 90F, a power vinyasa class with special emphasis given to teaching the foundation of the postures. Encourages building muscle tone, improving flexibility, and promoting relaxation and stress release. Bring a towel & water bottle and be prepared to sweat & feel amazing!
