Yoga is a gentle, noncompetitive form of exercise that promotes strength and flexibility while teaching you how to relax, concentrate and quite your mind. It works on the whole body and teaches you how keep the mind and body fit for life. This class is designed to enhance flexibility, build strength and improve concentration. It is appropriate for all levels. Yoga is also very beneficial for those who are involved in sports, dance, or anyone interested in making lasting changes in their life.
