Core Yoga

More and more people suffer from back pain, and often it is because of a weak core. This yoga practice that focuses on your abdominal, obliques, mid and lower back. We are building strength from within to prevent pain and injuries. And if we end up looking great, well that´s just an awesome bonus. The class ends with relaxation.  60 minutes.
