The New Haven Register Top 10 Connecticut High School Poll puts the Daniel Hand High School Tigers at the top after the team's big win Friday night over Xavier High School, breaking the Falcon's 30-game winning streak.

Staples High School, at 4-0, is currently at the number two spot, followed by Ansonia (5-0), and Xavier (4-1).
