Dear Friends: 

Greetings from the Central Office. I am pleased to report that the 2012-2013 school year is off to a great start and we sincerely appreciate your continued support and partnership. As in previous years, our Back to School Nights have been extremely well attended and successful. Our Madison students are successful because of the strong partnership we share and the importance the Madison community places on learning and personal achievement. The following list includes some friendly reminders as we go about our busy daily routines:

Monday, September 17 – No school for students and staff in observance of Rosh Hashanah

Wednesday, September 26 -  No school for students and staff in observance of Yom Kippur

Friday, September 28 – Brown Bag Lunch with the Superintendent at 12:00 noon  to 1:30 PM at the Scranton Memorial Library. Bring your lunch and topics that you would like to discuss with me.

This is a reminder, per my E-Notify of August 27th, that if you do not want your child photographed or videotaped, would like to receive notification of pesticide application and / or do not want your child’s directory information released to military recruiters, please complete and return the appropriate form listed below by October 1, 2012:
