Sandy, Election Day, and our Community.

David Dwyer, challenger for State Representative to serve Madison and Durham sends a message out to those affected by the Hurricane as well as those voting in tomorrow's elections.

As our town recovers from another storm, my family and I hope you all are safe and settling back into your homes. Because of the storm, my family and I are out of our house due to flooding and lack of power, we know what it’s like to have your life disrupted. My grandparents taught me that we come out of crises like these stronger and better for it. I am reminded of what matters: family, friends, and community.

With the election on Tuesday there is a choice between moving the State forward or standing still. My background in tax is important in addressing the fundamental problems with our State’s finances. Government cannot solve all of our problems but it can create an environment of opportunity for our children’s success. No matter how you vote I encourage you to get out and vote this Tuesday.
