Two More Suits Filed In Madison Boy Scout Case

A total of four cases site alleged sexual abuse, the New Haven Register is reporting

 

Two more suits have been filed against the Boy Scouts of America Corp. and Connecticut Yankee Council Inc., by former Madison scouts now in their 40s, the New Haven Register is reporting.

This brings the total number of suits connected to the Madison troop and former Scoutmaster David “Dirk” Davenport to four, the article says, noting that the .

According to The Register, Davenport, 74, served four years in prison after pleading guilty to sexual assault charges in 1985.
