A vacant piece of property near the Guilford/Madison line may be turned into a commercial marina, the New Haven Register reports.
Yarde Realty Co. applied with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to install a commercial marina at 4 Boston Post Road, which is located in Madison but is near the Guilford line, according to reporter Sean Carlin.
Plans call for a 45-slip commercial marina, and the project would not affect a great amount of endangered and threatened species.
