A 15-year-old Madison girl is suing over an alleged 2009 sexual assault, the Associated Press reports.

According to the article, the girl was sexually assaulted by five boys at a Madison home during a New Year's Eve party. The girl, then 13, now claims that photos of the incident were taken and brought to their school, .

The case has been sealed from public view, the AP reported, adding that the girl filed a suit against Madison school officials in September for failing to take action against the boys. According to the article, the has denied those charges.
