Madison In The Midst of Road Upgrades
Road repaving will continue until the fall.
The Department of Public Works began the first phase of road work in late May and this work will take place over a period of several months and is anticipated to be complete prior to the start of school in the Fall of 2014.
The work will include the full depth restoration and resurfacing of the following roads:
- Bower Road
- Hathaway Lane
- Madrina Lane
- Old Duck Hole Road
- Pine Ridge Drive
- Skytop Drive
- Tamarac Drive
In addition, the section of Opening Hill Road between Manzoni Farms Road and Carmel Court will be milled and resurfaced.

One lane of alternating traffic will be maintained at all times in work zones.
Motorists, cyclists and pedestrians are advised to exercise caution when approaching and traveling through work zones.
