Madison Extends Moratorium Against Medical Marijuana Facilities
The moratorium is in effect until April 2015.
The Madison Planning and Zoning Commission has extended its moratorium against medical marijuana grow and manufacturing facilities through April 2015, the New Haven Register reports.
The planning commission wants time to evaluate what type of impact these facilities have in communities and also take time to draft regulations concerning where such a medical marijuana facility could be placed in Madison, Sean Carlin reports.
