The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that bridge maintenance will be performed on the various bridges located on I-91 North and Southbound in North Haven.
The work consists of guiderail repairs on various bridges. Motorists can expect lane closures on I-91 North and Southbound between Exit 8 and Exit 11 in North Haven. This work is scheduled to occur the evening of Thursday, September 13, 2012 to the morning of Wednesday, September 19, 2012.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Thursday evening, Monday & Tuesday evenings).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
