Warrants Served To One Man For Eleven Burglaries

Suspect Being Held In GA 23

Members of the Madison Police Department Criminal Investigations Division served eleven separate arrest warrants yesterday on Bernard E. Mcallister Jr., 40, at GA 23 in New Haven, where he was being held on other charges from numerous jurisdictions throughout Connecticut. 

These warrants stemmed from the investigation of numerous nighttime residential burglaries that occurred in the Town of Madison from January 2010 until May 2010.  Mcallister of 13 Nora Drive in Lisbon was charged with the following: 

11 counts of Burglary in the first degree

11 Counts of Criminal Trespass in the second degree 

Two counts of larceny in the first degree

Five counts of larceny in the third degree

One count of larceny in the sixth degree

One count of criminal attempt to commit larceny in the sixth degree

One count of theft of a firearm

One count of criminal possession of a firearm

One count of criminal mischief in the first degree

Three counts of criminal mischief in the second degree

Six counts of criminal mischief in the third degree
