Adopt A Mile, And Help Cheer On The Men And Women As They Run

On Friday, June 10th at 12:25 pm, the Madison Police Department will welcome the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics into town, coming from Clinton on the Boston Post Road just east of the Madison Ice House.

The Torch Run will ultimately arrive in New Haven after covering over 520 miles across the State of Connecticut.  Show your support by cheering on the men and women of the Madison Police Department as they complete this 5.5 mile leg of the run.

The Law Enforcement Torch Run and funds it raises benefit the nearly 6400 athletes and 10,000 volunteers who participate in the year-round Special Olympics events.  Individuals, businesses, organizations and families are invited to "Adopt-A-Mile" of the Law Enforcement Torch Run.
