Silver Alert Issued For Two Teenage Runaways In Hartford
Cassandra Palmer, 15, and Zoe Marchand, 14, were last seen Sunday at the Dunkin Donuts on Route 3 in Rocky Hill.
WTNH is reporting that Hartford police are asking for help in locating two teenage girls who may be a danger to themselves, but are not considered a danger to others:
Marchand is 5'1" and 103 pounds. She has blue hair, brown eyes and a piercing on her left ear cartilage.
Palmer is 5'8" and 130 pounds. She has pink and blue hair and piercings on her lips, belly button and ears. She has multiple cars on her inner left forearm.
