Police Investigating Smash And Grab Theft At AT&T Store In Madison
"Nearly Every Phone" Taken During Overnight Theft
Police are investigating a smash and grab theft at the AT&T store at 140 Samson Rock Road in Madison, in the Stop & Shop plaza.
Police say the theft appears to have happened overnight Thursday or early Friday. They say they do not have any specific leads as of Friday afternoon.
Employees at the store Friday said that nearly every phone was taken during the theft and that enhanced footage from security cameras in the area is being evaluated to see if it can help in the investigation.

The glass in the bottom of the store's door was smashed in as part of the robbery.
