• Frank Robert Lanno, 44, 44 Averial Place, Branford, CT on June 21, 2011 charged with offering home repair without a license (20-427(B)(5)), failure to refund payment after 10 days with written request (20-427(b)(8)
• Frank Robert Lanno, 44, 44 Averial Place, Branford, CT on June 21 charged with failure to appear 2nd (53A-173)
• Leroy Harvey McDaniel, 53, 10 Webster Ave., Franklin, NH on June 18, 2011 charged with illegal possession (21A-279(A)), manufacture/possession of burglar's tools (53A-106), criminal trespass 1 (53A-107), using/tampering with a motor vehicle without permission (53A-119B), larceny 6 (53A-125B)
• Timothy J. Smith, 46, 76 East Wharf Road, Madison, CT on June 19, 2011 charged with operation while under the influence (14-227A), failure to drive in the proper lane (14-236)
