Police Blotter: Drug-Related Arrest In Downtown Parking Lot

Madison police report making a drug arrest on Feb. 4 at 3:15 p.m. in the parking lot of 613 Boston Post Road in Madison, the shopping plaza in the downtown retail district where Starbucks, Subway, and CVS are located. Police say the arrest was made in the CVS parking lot. Details are provided in the Madison Adult Arrest Log below.

• Kurtis S. Neumann, 42, 12 Rosemary Lane, Guilford, CT. On Feb. 11, the Madison Police Department arrested  Neumann on charges stemming from a motor vehicle stop. Neumann was charged with the following: 14-227a, driving Under the Influence; ;14-215, operating under a suspended license; 21a-267, use and possession of drug paraphernalia; 21a-279(a), illegal possession of a controlled substance; 53a-213, drinking while operating a motor vehicle.
