• Timothy Laprade, 34, 106 Middle Beach Road, Madison, CT on Jan. 30 2012 operation unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plate, operating with registration/license suspended/revoked, illegal tinted glass.
• Kevin Allen Liell, 40, 15 Deer Run Road, Madison, CT on Jan. 28, 2012 operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, 1st violation of emission standards, evading responsibility, unsafe backing, failure to change address.
• Thomas F. Manning, 42, 38 Old Route 79, Madison, CT on Jan. 29, 2012, breach of peace, criminal violation of protective order, violation of conditions of release in the second degree, criminal violation of a protective order.
