Police Blotter: April 4, 2012 to April 10, 2012

The Madison Police Adult Arrest Log includes charges made by the Madison Police Department. The charges are not a finding of guilt. The people who have been arrested are entitled to due process during which it will be the government’s burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

The Madison Police Department Adult Arrest Log for April 4, 2012 to April 10, 2012 included the following entries:

• Brehan Fitzgerald Brady, 31, 13 South Broad St., Pawcatuck, CT on April 10, 2012 on charges of operation while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, criminal mischief third degree
• Storm Hagen, 18, 197 Hunters Trail, Madison, CT on April 7, 2012 on charges of reckless driving, operation while under the influence
• Curt D. Hart, 32, 106 Wall Street, Apt. B, Madison, CT on April 6, 2012 on charges of operation while under the influence, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession
• Matthew E. Kolf, 23, 37 Blueberry Hill D, Madison, CT on April 9, 2012, on charges of operation while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, disregarding yield sign, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of small amount of marijuana (first offense)
• Tomas Materin, 20, 20 Hidden Springs Drive, Madison, CT on April 7, 2012, on charges of operation while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane
