- Erika L. Rodgers, 41, Wallingford, VT on April 14, 2011 charged with CGS 14-224B evading responsibility, 53A-181 breach of peace, and 53A-61 assault 3.
- Slawomir Rozio, 47, 15 Derenthal Drive, Madison, CT on April 17, 2011 charged with CGS 14-100A(C)(1) failure to wear seat belt, 14-12 operating unregistered motor vehicle, 14-147 improper use of marker/registration/license, 14-18(a) failure to display front plate, 14-213B no insurance, 14-227A operation while under the influence, 14-36A (C) operating without a license.
The Madison Police Adult Arrest Log includes charges made by the Madison Police Department. The charges are not a finding of guilt. The people who have been arrested are entitled to due process during which it will be the government’s burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
