Madison Police Nab Man Suspected Of Purse Snatching At Madison Stop & Shop
Christian Festa, of 80 Rowland Drive, Old Lyme arrested and charged with robbery, larceny, and assault.

On December 18, 2012, the Madison Police Department, arrested Christian Festa, 26, of 80 Rowland Drive, Old Lyme on an Arrest Warrant charging him with violating the following Connecticut General Statutes:

- 53a-136 Robbery 3rd Degree
- 53a-123 Larceny 2nd Degree
- and 53a-61 Assault 3rd Degree
Festa wasn’t able to post his $100,000.00 court set bond and is being held at the Madison Police Department. Festa is scheduled to appear in G.A. 23, New Haven on December 19th 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
Festa’s arrest stems from a purse snatching that occurred at the Madison Stop & Shop located at 136 Samson Rock Road on September 18, 2012.
