Incarcerated Middletown Resident Charged With "Numerous" Madison Burglaries

Warrants served Tuesday.

 

On Tuesday, members of the Madison Police Department Criminal Investigations Division served three separate arrest warrants on Eddie Perez, 36, at GA 23 in New Haven.

These warrants stemmed from the investigation of numerous residential burglaries which occurred in Madison Oct. 11, 2011.  Perez, of 70 Ferry Street, Middletown, CT was charged with the following:

 Burglary in the 3rd Degree CGS 53a-103 - 2 Counts

Larceny in the 3rd Degree CGS 53a-124 - 2 Counts

Criminal Attempt to commit Burglary in the 3rd Degree 53a-4953A-103 – 1 Count

Criminal Attempt to Commit Larceny in the 6th Degree CGS 53a-49/53a-125b - 1 Count

Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree CGS 53a-116 - 1 Count

Perez, who is currently incarcerated on charges from other jurisdictions throughout Connecticut, was held to appear in GA 23 in New Haven on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012.
