Farmington Teen Found Safe

Found safe in Hartford.

A Farmington teen who was missing for about two days has been located and reunited with her family, Farmington police announced Saturday evening.

Juliette Lyon, 15, was found in Hartford after Farmington police, working in collaboration with Hartford and New Britain police, received a tip. 

Lyon is the daughter of Brian Hendrickson, principal of City Hill Middle School in Naugatuck. 

State police issued a Silver Alert around noon time on Saturday after she was missing for 48 hours. 

Friends of the family and volunteers spent Saturday holding signs and handing out missing person flyers to hundreds of cars coming into Farmington near the highway access point as well as on Route 4 near the Route 10 intersection.

Police are searching for a Farmington teen who has been missing since Thursday.

Juliette Lyon, 15, who also goes by Julie, was last seen July 18 near the CVS on Main Street (Route 10) in Farmington. 

The white teen has long, wavy brown hair, blue eyes, weighs 120 pounds with "slim athletic build" and is 5 ft. 6 inches tall, police. 

A Silver Alert was issued by state police Saturday around noon.

"She was last seen wearing a mint green tank top and white shorts," police said.
