1,000 Watches Worth $175,000 Stolen From Store In Nearby Clinton

Police say that once they were inside, the suspects smashed open display cases and stole Fossil, Michael Kors and Emporio Armani brand watches; taking 1,000 watches in in all worth $175,000 in total.

The following information was provided by the Clinton Police Department:

The Clinton Police Department is currently investigating a commercial burglary that occurred over the weekend at the Fossil Store at Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets. The burglary was discovered Saturday Morning, August 3, around 9 AM when employees opened the store for business. 

According to police, suspects "smashed the lock to the store and once entry was gained they stole approximately 1,000 watches valued at $175,000." Police say that once they were inside, the suspects smashed open display cases and stole Fossil, Michael Kors and Emporio Armani brand watches.

Police say that entry to the store was made between 4 and 5:30 AM that morning.

The suspects were wearing masks and gloves, according to police.
