To the Police Chief

Tonight I received a ticked on for parking on Surf Club Rd. I asked an officer why after many years of residents parking there did they give tickets out, he said the chief told them to. Well the problem with it is that they've never done this and everyone knows the parking is horrible at the Surf Club. So, I'd like to thank the chief for giving tickets to the people that help Strong Field by volunteering, donating and contributing there time to all the sporting events held there. After all these are the people you are giving tickets to. We all know that some things are over- looked for the greater good of an event or the people but you obviously are out of touch with your community by being so petty or by thinking you're getting tough on these law breakers who do this for 5 home games a year. I actually wonder if the police chief even attends the football games of the town that pays the salary that takes care of his family?
