First thing: I just got back from a Madison Garden Club meeting and I learned that they are very welcoming to new members, that they do some amazing civic work around town, and that in addition to growing beautiful flowers, they make the cutest flower cupcakes I have ever seen. Second thing: Tonight at 7 p.m. author John Himmelman will visit R.J. Julia to share his love of nature and to discuss his new nonfiction work, Cricket Radio. Read more.
