Does Comcast have any competitors in Madison??

We want to drop Comcast, but have noticed that not many alternatives...if any in Madison.

Fios requires a dish, and ATT U-Verse does not provide cable tv in our area.

Does anyone know of any other cable providers that provide TV, Internet, and Phone?
