ARE HOUSE BOATS ALLOWED IN MADISON?

PLEASE ATTEND AN IMPORTANT  ZBA  HEARING AFFECTING FENCE CREEK- DEVELOPERS ARE ONCE AGAIN ATTEMPTING TO BUILD ON ONE OF THE MOST FLOOD-PRONE LOTS IN MADISON (151 MIDDLE BEACH RD)- see  photo at high tide in February- not taken during Irene or Sandy. This lot is always flooded. Stop this ill-advised plan.
