Two-hour season finale. With the inevitable loss last week of Bopper and Mark we have lost the only team that mildly interested us. The previews are teasing that the team that checks in to the last mat is sent back to complete a task, but we learned long ago not to really trust the AR previews.
Celebrity Apprentice, 9 p.m., NBC
I cannot decide – is Aubrey smart, or just pushy? Tonight, “The five remaining celebrities must create a print ad campaign for a hair dryer; following an elimination, the final four contestants go on a job interview; past contestants John Rich and Marlee Matlin help choose two finalists.”
Veep, 10 p.m., HBO
Last week, when the Veep was told that POTUS was having a heart attack in Africa, the 1,000 looks that passed across Julia Louis-Dreyfuss’ face in the span of 14 seconds was absolutely priceless. And the bit at the end when she was sick? Puts the sink scene in Bridesmaids to shame.
