Community Update

Winter Farmer's Market held on Wednesdays 3-6 at the American Legion hall, is a wonderful addition for options of fresh vegetables, cheese, breads and other items. Many of the vendors have left due to poor attendance. They tell me that they must submit the fact that they are there, each week. Why can't they be included, for instance, with the listing of what is available day, that I see listed this week. Stonington Ct. has a very well attended Sat. Farmers Market, I am told. We as a community can support our vendors, as well. Perhaps, if it is better advertised in The Patch, each wed., with the normal listings, it will be.
