ANNUAL HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION IN MADISON

HAMMONASSET STATE PARK

 9:00 A.M. TO NOON

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 29th, 2012

 

The Madison Health Department in conjunction with Household Hazwaste Central and assisted by the volunteer efforts of the North Madison Volunteer Fire Company will conduct a collection of household hazardous wastes from 9am to Noon on Saturday, September 29th, 2012 at Hammonasset State Park.

 

Residents from Madison, Guilford, Branford, and North Branford are invited to bring their household hazardous wastes for disposal.  This is the perfect time to responsibly rid your house of various chemicals, paints, oils, pesticides etc. without driving to New Haven.

 

 

Please do not bring latex paint, propane tanks, crankcase oil, antifreeze or car batteries.

And for those 20 years, everyone knows if you don't want to participate, you can walk around it. And for those 20 years, nobody has ever complained. And it is clearly not bullying. Though that is a nice attempt by the author to use a dramatic buzz word to exaggerate something.
