Guilford Doctor Makes '40 Under 40' List

Connecticut Magazine has named Dr. Beth Collins of Guilford to its '40 Under 40' list, published in the March 2012 issue.

According to the article, Collins opened her Guilford practice two years ago and says the favorite part of her job is "patient interaction and working with residents."

Collins, 38, is certified in both general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery and, according to the article, has affiliations with the Yale School of Medicine’s Department of Plastic Surgery and Saint Raphael’s.

She's made her mark in the community, well-known for her "extraordinary skill, caring and concern," the article says.

Collins is featured on page 6 of the '40 Under 40' list.
