Make a Gooey, Melty Marshmallow Dip

Another in a summerlong series of fun stuff to do with the kids

This idea is courtesy of Marisa Florio, 15, who mentioned it during a video game day at the Montville High School library in July.

You need a microwave-safe bowl and either a bunch of regular-sized marshmallows, or one giant marshmallow.

You'll also need stuff that would taste great covered in marshmallow. Graham crackers? Bananas? Chocolate bars? Pretzels? Grapes?

Melt the marshmallow in the bowl in the microwave. Then dip the goodies into the sweet, melty goo.

Parents, be sure the marshmallow is cool enough for young mouths!
