Session II: Strategies to Improve Academic Performance and Reduce Test Anxiety

Just in time for mid-term exams! Shoreline Hypnosis will help students achieve their academic goals by teaching participants techniques that will help them perform optimally during exams. Participants will learn proven strategies to reduce test anxiety and manage stress before and during exams. In Session I on Tuesday, Jan. 7 at 2:30 participants will learn methods to reduce test anxiety and general stress reduction techniques. Session II will be on Thursday, Jan 9 at 2:30 and will consist of more advanced techniques. Please register as space is limited. Students may register for one or both sessions. This program is sponsored jointly by Clinton Youth and Family Services and The  Henry Carter Hull Library.
