Welcome the 2013 Oktoberfest at the Wharf with Chef Dion's special, four-course, German Wine Dinner.  Guest speaker Eric Litchfield will present wines he has selectively paired for each course.  Litchfield is a CT-based wine importer and distributor, and is president of GermanWineEstates.com.
