Friends of Hammonasset will be
offering Connecticut grown mums and pumpkins for sale beginning Friday,
September 6 and running 10 days.  Hours
are from 9AM to 5PM. The location is the same for the Plant and Shrub Sale and
the Christmas Tree Sale-300 yards east of the Park entrance on Route 1.

The purpose of the sale is to raise
funds to support the upcoming Hammonassett Festival to be held October 5th
and 6th at Meigs Point in the Park.
