Madison Congregational Church will host a workshop, which is Free and open to
the public, on stress relief facilitated by Orlene Allen Gallops, M.A., CEAP.
"Moving from
Stress to Energy" will
be held from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 6, 2013, at the North
Madison Congregational Church - the “Church at the Circle” - Rts. 78 & 80,
North Madison, CT. The public is welcome and invited.

Whether you are a parent,

you can learn how to handle the way you balance your time. Strategies will
include identifying expectations, assessing how you
