Free Beginners Pilates at the Scranton Library

 Start your year off healthy with this three-part series introducing the basics of Pilates practice.  Following a clear and detailed approach of slow, controlled, precisely aligned movements done properly can rehabilitate and make you stronger and healthier. Please bring a beach towel or exercise mat.
