Who We Are: Youth Continuum is a not- for-profit, community-based agency that has been serving at-risk and homeless youth, ages13 to 23, since 1966. Our closely interwoven network of services includes the only street outreach and drop-in services for homeless youth in our area, an emergency center, therapeutic and non-therapeutic group homes, transitional and independent living services, and educational, job and life skills training.
