Yoga Meditation

Anjali DiPaola teaches the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, the eight limbs or branches of yogic study. She was trained in India by her spiritual master, AnandaMurti, and holds certification to instruct. Ashtanga Yoga encompasses the complete system of the ancient discipline. Anjali trains her students in all of its components. "Only by practicing all eight limbs of yoga can one reach harmony in life, omitting any one of the these important studies destroys the balance of the mind and body, making progress impossible", says Anjali. She has over 35 years of teaching experience and brings the unique perspective of one who has spent a lifetime submerged in every aspect of he principles she passes on through her classes.
